We headed outside as it was minutes to midnight on new years eve 2018. as we were setting up to pop fireworks with my family i noticed 2 orange objects traveling traveling in unison from the south to the north towards our location it seemed. i noticed that they were solid in appearance “no blinking” and was followed by a second similar object. my family was saying that they were planes but they did not display the familier blinking aircraft lights produce when in flight. when they stopped and remained stationary i began to record video with my phone. i noticed later when i saw the video on my tv that it appears to be rotating in a clockwise direction with the middle orange object as a pivot. it appears that it may also be a solid object with maybe lights at each end vs two objects. this is my opinion as i can not tell the height or orientation as in respects to my vantage point. before the objects fade out, i requested that they bring a video camera that has better optics, etc to film. my wife return as the object s fades out of sight as per the night sky. i do know that the bottom object’s orientation in regards to the top right object which i believe is the star sirius changes to the left as i did not move from the original position i started filming at. the bottom object fades as the video progresses “i mention disappear in the video for lack of better words, but i do not know that for a fact.” after a few seconds the top object vanishes as well. i am looking for possible answers as to what this/these object might be.
