10:36 PM pulling the car out of my driveway onto the street in front of our home. I observed a very bright orange cylindrical object moving slowly North of my position. Our street is very quiet and very little lighting. Cannot tell how high in the sky or how far away. What struck me is how it moved, like a yaw relative to its shape and direction, and very bright. Didn't look like any lights or aircraft I have ever seen. From my position the object was in the direction of the local airport. An aircraft was my first thought, but the appearance and how it moved was odd. Jumped out of the car and left it running in the middle of the street as I ran to the house to get my wife so that she could see it. I yelled to her from the front door to hurry outside and then started running back to the car. It was now gone. Phone was in the house so I couldn't film it. Wife did not see it, since it was gone by the time she got outside. I did not report to anyone because Im not sure who to report to. I am convinced it was a UFO.
