Standing outdoors around 11:30 pm to get some air after rain and drizzle kept me indoors most of the day. i looked nne to see a flat, low profile and symmetrical on top and bottom. it flew silent and straight towards me, slicing through a low cloud before it's right edge passed over my head only about 300 feet overhead. the bottom of the craft had offset strips of material running lengthwise like a wood floor. the object was so low that the neighbor's yellow yard light reflected off the bottom. the glare of the yard light did not allow me to track the object any further. the craft was approximately 150 feet long and 100 feet wide with an oval shape and flat edges along either side. it was a stealthy craft moving silently without lights or sound and no visible windows. it traveled approximately 150 miles per hour and traveled in a southerly direction. the whole experience only lasted 5 or 6 seconds but it was an extremely vivid encounter. drawing depicts object as it looked directly overhead at a 90 degree angle to the horizon.
