On a recent visit to ireland, we visited the burren national park near doolin. i parked the hire car up to take some landscape images of the burren. on the way back to the car, i decided to take a couple photos of the car for memory sake. when reviewing the images taken on the day, i came across the image i've submitted in this report. on the lcd screen of the camera, i noticed a small black mark. i looked at the images either side of this one and didn't notice the mark as i'd first believed the lens might have been dirty. when zooming into the image and in particular the dark 'mark' i noticed it had a shape to it. given the distance in the shot, it didn't look birdlike and i exposed the image at a speed of 1/200th, which shouldn't have stretched moving objects. it has certainly made for an interesting conversation starter and i'm curious to know what it might be. i have the original canon raw file if anyone wants a copy of it
