Hovering blue light over pine island, ny. at first i thought it was a plane, but i've never seen blue (like a deep cyan blue) lights on a plane, and it also did not have white flashing lights like planes do. i'm not sure how long it stayed still, as i was driving and i thought that because i was moving it just appeared to be staying still, but eventually it started moving way to the north-east. i have no idea how near or far away it was, so can't guess as to it's size or speed.
