I was unloading the car and saw what i thought a satellite. there was another one after that one. and then another one. i began counting. most of them were flying at fixed distance in the same pattern. some (only a couple) were a little bit out of pattern. it seemed like they were appearing one after another one out of nowhere then flew across the sky and were disappearing near big dipper constellation. while i was watching i called my family and asked them to get out to see it. both of my parents were at my place at the time and also witnessed it. it was hard to judge the distance. a commercial plane and a couple of smaller planes flew by during the event. the objects were way higher than planes.
