Source:

Red, green, yellow lighted object w/shooting "stars" and jerkyObject with red, green and yellow lights. Darted twice left then up. Movement was jerky. Started out low and close enough to distinctly see the different color lights and what looked like shooting stars coming from it. Object then made it's way south after many jerky movements. Would often jerk left, right, up, down, closer or far away.
