Reported on
Shape: Cylinder | Duration: 45 seconds
Source:

Just before dark, my wife and I were looking down into a kind of cellar, when suddenly not more than 12 feet from us, a fiery/bright cylinder appeared, moving slowly, about 2 feet a second, moving in a straight line, until it made a complete S-turn then returned to a straight line, and disappeared suddenly just before contacting the concrete block wall of the cellar. No outline of a material substance could be seen but the edges of the cylinder were clear. No sound. No trail. We watched for an hour, no reappearance there or in the surrounding countryside. We queried neighbors, they had never seen anything similar. The next day we inspected the cellar for electrical devices, there were none.
