I was in my hot tub facing west looking straight up , the sky was fairly clear with the occasional light misty cloud. it was dark. i noticed the object only as it passed through a mist patch . it appeared transparent but visible. i could see stars through it but it had a very clear shape it was shaped like a sting ray it moved steadily across the sky and i could not see it once it was clear of the mist i have not seen anything remotely similar to this before and it held my attention. my only action was to look later on the web to see if there had been anything like this reported
