It was very early in the morning on august 27, 2017 at 2:37 a.M. my cousin, husband, and i just left our uncle's house on paw paw pike near peru, indiana. we were headed towards us 24 when we saw it. ahead of us on our right, we saw an object that looked like a massive glowing red-orange fireball/orb shoot up out of the cornfield. it hovered, i would say about 6 feet above the corn for about 5 seconds then took off at an angle above the corn and was gone in an instant. me and my husband just looked at each other in shock and disbelief, then our cousin said that's the third one he's have seen out here this year. it sent chills down my spine.
