I am a commercial fisherman on the 10 of sept just before daylight i observed a target 6 nautical miles from my position which was about 25 miles east of chatham ma. it was heading in my direction.Could not see it with binoculars until it was about 4 miles. i could see a target appproximately three finger from the horizon.Call two crew members to check it out it was going from the surface of the water to up in the air .We never saw the thing move it ended up inside two miles it disappeared.I returned to the wheelhouse there was no target but the trail was still there .
