Almost no clouds in sthe sky. was watching one fade away then off to the left a short ways,apeared this ribbon like object, i thought some ones kite got away but there was no kite. there was very little wind, it was going into the wind. moving like a fish swimming. just estimate, about 10 foot long and 6inches wide. there appeared ,at times ,to be a rod or such out the frount like something was pulling it in a straight line. at a constant slow steady speed. flew over my garage then vanished. it blue and white transparent at times like fading in and out. the head was like a dark solid patch that didn't move. i actually saw something,but what, need to know. i've seen other things but couldn't describe them. like i thought i was watching a bird circuling way up high. but then it stoped flew in a straight line about 1/4 mile or so stopped returned on the same path stopped then shot off fast up through the clouds. this was a few years ago
