I was standing outside my house at about 5 am and I looked up to the night sky. I found the dipper and when I did, I noticed a bright star right in the middle of the 'cup' part of the dipper, and as soon as I noticed it, it seemed to begin some high-speed maneuvering. I watched for about 10 minutes tyhen had to leave for work. My job is approximately 12-13 miles from my house, and when I arrived my co-workers were outside the building watching this UFO. That's when I got my phone out and videotaped it. This 'star' engaged in 'maneuvers for almost another hour before disappearing. It would also be interesting to note that it was partly cloudy that morning and when the clouds would pass by, it obscured our view of the 'star', UFO, whatever. I have a two minute video of these maneuvers but its not posted anywhere, therefore I have no link to provide. If there is a way I can download it or send directly to your site, please let me know!
