Lights blinking or rotating in oval shap in night. Seen over chandigarh I live in Panchkula just next to Chandigarh. On January 5th, 2008 evening time around a pm, I was standing in the balcony with my father and I just could not believe what I saw. Some twinkling lights in a circular shape high in the sky. It wasn't so high as I could judge the distance because of the size. My first impression was that its a UFO but my father kept saying its a helicopter or a plane but I was sure it wasn't. I tried to capture it with my phone camera (2MP) but it wasn't too bright.I kept thinking what was it. I have seen tons of UFO pictures and videos so it straight away strike my mind. I researched about it on the Internet and found a similar picture and I was amazed that it was a UFO only.
