A UFO across Merthyr Tydfil that appeared to be fire hovering through the skyA ball hovered erratically from Gelligaer Common, appearing as a redish orange colour that looked as if it was a floating ball of fire. Thin short lines of red light came from aroundthe outside of the object. It made no sound and passed across Merthyr Tydfil to Cefn Coed and then west towards Aberdare. It was to low and silent to be a plane or helicopter. There was no wind to carry anything across the sky and can't come up with any logical explanation for the UFO.
