I was in my parents backyard on a nice clear day with no clouds,just blue sky. Looking up I heard a seagull over head. Looking up I never did see the bird. But while I was looking north I saw an object sitting in the sky. I was saying to my self "What the heck is that?" It was round with a dull silver metalic surface. The object started to do the bouncing ball in the sky moving towards the north. After bouncing about five or six times it then stopped and turned southwest. Its surface/ face was very shiny and with the sun at a 2:30pm sky position, the object looked like a star moving across the sky. It moved that direction for about seven to ten minutes. Then stopped and turned with its non shiny surface side facing south and started moving north again. Then moved north and in a matter of a few minutes it vanished in slow motion and was gone. After I had seen the object, I was shaking from my head to my toes. And kept looking up to see if it was really gone.NOTE: The object did look like a balloon at first but not when it went from a stationary object and starting moving north, then stopping in mid-air (ON A DIME) and turned southwest. I'm not sure of the air currents here, but I'm sure it was not a balloon.The bouncing ball term: is like from the old sing alongs with the ball bouncing on top of the words.
