I was looking west from my hotel balcony and viewed a circular stationary object, was not an aircraft or star. Viewed through camera magnification and took pictures, but object appeared to be moving very fast while stationary? Make sense? and unable to photograph other than photograph showed lines of light. Object then disappeared into the night. Difficult to ascertain size or distance, just really odd object in sky.
