Our home looks to the east with a 25 mile view. I noticed what I thought was a aircraft directly to the east from Midway/Heber out Hwy 40. It was stationary on the horizon so I thought it was coming towards me. I'm a private pilot. I looked out the window about 15 minutes later and it was in the same place. I thought then it might be the ISS; however, I looked it up online and saw it was over the Indian Ocean at that time. It was shining very brightly with what appeared to be blinking green, red and yellow lights in no particular order. I then thought it must be some other type low orbit vehicle reflecting the sun with the atmosphere causing the color variations. I took both photos and video of it with my Canon 7D 70-200 f2.8 is lens but it was just too far away to make anything out. Did you receive other reports or know what it was. I would be curious.
