I was pulling up in my car to drive in my driveway. I live on a cul de sacand before I made the turn in my garage I saw the lights. There were I would say 25 at least they were red and a little orange. The were horizontal but in a curve. When I first saw them they had a bunch lined up going up in the sky but with a slight curve there were some sort of light fibers it looked like going out to about 4 on each side staggered. I called from my cell for my husband to come out there were about 18 left but the light fibers were gone. He called our 13 year old son out to observe too. The were going up and disappearing one by one but a couple of new ones appeared. Then they were gone into the clouds. We went in the house for about 20 minutes and I went and my husband also to pull my car into the garage and there were two more spaced out. One of the first ones and one of the second broke into two circles and went apart and then they came back together. Om the question degrees above horizon we were not sure they kept popping up new ones and the top ones were high but not higher than the clouds then they just kept going higher till we couldn't see them anymore both times
