1. I was coming home from a house that I am preparing to sell in the same city I live in. When coming down one of the side streets in my neighborhood, I notices a LARGE glowing object in the sky. I always look at the sky so I know that this thing was NEVER there before. I got to my house within seconds of seeing it and I went inside to wake my kids up to see it. This is something I would NEVER do, but ti was just so mysterious and I wanted witnesses. They were both spooked when they saw it. We all looked at it through binoculars and the only way I can describe it was as if the domed bottom looked like and old fashion sub or ship. Like it had rivets in it. The top of it is very hard to explain but it looked like the top of a oil lamp lid with a stub of a wick coming out of it. I thought the object was a hot air balloon, but it was way too late at night, way too windy, and it didn't move with the exception of lowering itself a little.At first my kids thought it was the moon with a few dense clouds in front of it. But once we looked at it through binoculars, it was very clear it was not the moon!Other than a very eerie, uneasy feeling, we felt normal. We watched the object for 25 to 30 minutes. We came in to get shoes on, and it was gone. I am 46 y/o and I have only seen one other UFO that I couldn't explain. I am so happy to have witnesses and pictures.
