Cleveland east side: November 2nd 2015 Between 4:20 and 4:35 pm in the northeast sky I witnessed a UFO for 15 minutes. I was in my backyard, and my husband was able to run in house for binoculars. What I saw was not a plane and not a helicopter. It was triangular and had 3 circular illuminations near each corner. The circular shape of illuminations were definitive. No colored lights. They were clear bright illuminations. It was able to hover in same place and several times in that 15 minutes, it was able to do complete turns while staying in same place. It was high in the sky, but binoculars allowed me to see much better detail. No linear movement like a plane. It was an incredibly clear afternoon sky. The "craft" was very high in the sky. No noise, no trails. It then then went higher and a bit north. Husband (amateur astronomer & owns telescope) saw it with the binoculars as well. He was miffed and agreed it was not any kind of aircraft he has ever witnessed before. Initially,I viewed the unusual light in the sky for several minutes. It did not move. Never saw anything like that happen. That's when my husband ran in the house to get the binoculars. That is how we were able to see the definitive shape and the 3 definitive circular illuminations on its underside. I was trying to make sense of what I was seeing through the binoculars, but I have no rational explanation. It was something I had never seen before, and I felt fortunate that we were able to get a better clear view of it through the binoculars.
