January 2, 2016 Approx. 4 p.m.(p s t) Clear skies. Approx. 30 deg FMy wife spots what appeared to be a low flying jet with no contrails,no wings, and no tail,and no lights. It was reflecting the Sunlight w/blue sky background. Visibility was great. No sound as it hovered (approx. 1,000 ft)N . East of Alpowa Summit (2,785 ft) pointing toward Clarkston, WA. As we we're driving East on highway 12, I glanced up to see the craft and confirm her sighting. We proceeded to the summit for a better view about 2 minutes up the hill. The craft had disappeared from a 360 degree view w/50 mile visibility. We noticed another car had stopped on a perpendicular road. We flashed our lights but we're not able to compare notes, so we don't know if they saw the cigar. Although brief it was another U F O. To the best of our knowledge there are no 737 style jets landing at any of the small nearby airports. Keep your head up.
