As I was watching rising sun with just the upper cresent visible above the misty horizon, I felt a morning star appeared about a couple of feet above the sun. While i was still trying to assess if it were a morning star at that hour and position, or if it was an aircraft or a helicopter which are rare in this part of the sky, a second star appeared on to the left of the 1st, about 1-2ft away but at about same altitude. Before i could comprehend or get into action to run for a cam or call anyone, the 1st disappeared into the mist, and with almost the same delay in appearing the 2nd one disappeared. I waited for about 10min trying to glimse something again, but by then the sun bightened so much that the lights would not be visible ay more. I am fairly sure they were not flying crafts or helicopters would not fly at that altitude. Also their pace or steadiness was such that they were so non-mechanical. Also it so happens that it was a fullmoon night that was breaking and the moon hould have been on the western horizon almost at the same level as was sun but my view of it was blocked by a higher building behind my point of observation.
