Watched plane (we thought) flying over, E-SE, high up. It stopped while we looked at it. It flashed 6X. It then moved backwards, then stopped again. It flashed 6X very fast. It had flashed 3X total with the fast 6X pulses. It then began a controlled, rapid descent until it was gone from sight over our local trees. Object was over Sun City. Altitude looked like 6000 or 7000 feet when it was firs spotted. Very high up. Next to Jupiter in the sky, just to the left of it at exactly 9:20 PM.Really wild. My brother was with me and I had just told him about seeing a red UFO, when we saw this red light flying up where I had pointed out the location, and there it stopped and flashed 6X very fast, like a very fast strobe, or a signal.Flashes occurred 3X, 3 groups of 6 pulses, very fast, bright.I grabbed my binoculars when it reversed course and stopped again. In the glasses, I noticed it had a green light, which wasnt visible when looking at it with just normal vision. Bright red, like a brake light.When it was flying (before it stopped), it wasnt going terribly fast. When it stopped, it was instant. When it reversed course, it was fast and smooth, same speed, not super fast, then stopped again. Flashed 6X. Hovered. When it would hover, it was perhaps for 5 long seconds, approximately.When it began its descent, it was constant, and straight down. It was down out of sight on the horizon in seconds. A guess would be 100 knots straight down? Looked smooth though, wasnt terribly fast.Came in shortly later. No helicopter was visible.Red light was in the left, green on the right, which would mean it was traveling backwards if it was proper nav lights on a plane. Red should have been on the right, pilots side, when flying along in its direction of travel.When it stopped, it didnt slow down, it 'stopped'. Instant stop. Super still hover. Moved backwards for 1 full long second, stopped again. When it stopped, it would flash bright pulses, very fast, about 6 times, each time, 3 groups of flashes total.My brother witnessed this.
