Inbetween county line road and i94 in racine,wi and 5 minutes south of mars cheese castle off i94 in kenosha,wi. a bright,close greenish-blue (more green than blue) fireball descending 45 degrees south on east side of i94. in air for 10 seconds as i was driving south on ,i94. it was about 200 or so feet away from us descending slowly at about the same speed we were driving appeared out of nowhere was like a fireball and then a tiny piece broke off and it just disappeared appearing crashing into the ground.
