My wife and i had returned from having dinner out with friends. i drove into our attached garage and my wife and i got out of the car and she entered the house. i stayed in the garage to take some things out of my car trunk. the garage door was still open and i looked up to the evening sky and saw balls of orange-yellow light that suddenly appeared in the sky in the northwest. to the left of the balls of light, in the west sky, several black objects that looked like cloaks, floated down from the sky. i called to my wife to come out, which she did, and also she saw the lights and black objects. unfortunately, we were so astounded that we didn't take photos. i called 911 and the local air force base but they were not helpful. then my wife called a local tv station and they wanted to know if we had taken any photos. i talked to someone and told her that by the time i had thought to take photos there was only 1 ball of light in the sky. the incident lasted about 10 minutes. i looked up other similar incidents in the are and a man had seen the same type of lights in an area northwest of the city the previous week but he had not seen the black floating objects. there was nothing on the news or in the paper the next day.
