Very, very bright led type light moving slowly west to east. High in the atmosphere.Very, very bright led type light, very high in the atmosphere moving slowly from west to east. Similar to a very high flying airplane, however many many times brighter and moving more slowly. A bright white light that out shined the moon. 20-30 seconds of movement, light then slowed, then became stationary. Remained stationary for 10-15 seconds, then simply vanished.
