My husband and I were walking to our car when I noticed several of my neighbors pointing at something in the sky. I looked to where they were pointing and observed a fairly large set of lights that appeared to be pulsing. They were toward the east which would possibly make it over the Easthampton/Northampton area but I could see it clearly from the Southampton area. My husband and I watched it for several minutes and it did not move. There was no sound to indicate it was a helicopter which I initially thought it could be. We left our lot and started driving in the direction of the light and it disappeared. No evidence of flight. It just seemed to be there one moment and then it was gone. It was probably one of the spookiest things I've seen and it made me feel very uneasy.
