I am launching a comprehensive sentience program. I have seen a large UFO at 200 feet away for 3 hours standing in a group of 50 people. I have seen a different one slow motion crash into a lake in California and questioned the military who remained at the lake for 5 days. I have also seen variously small incidents. I have researched for years in other countries. However, I recently lucked out and was taken to the place where the UFOs are kept. No not the ridiculous area 51. I am taking about the real thing. This was completely accidental and happened only because I was working on a technology project. I feel I must start a program to describe this information and also to push for proper legislation for access to the public of this technology and complete deregulation of compartmentalization.

This will be the most advanced approach to the UFO issue, rather than staring at dots in the sky or relaying info to Mufon, which is run by a small group trading their findings with the government in exchange for their own access, but not yours. I do want to add for the public benefit, regardless.
1. Many different species are making it to our planet, to study earth. Some are remaining with nefarious purposes. They do not compete with each other, and make space for each other of different origins. Some have a very condescending and skeptical attitude of humans, preferring to sort of coexist right in your face.
2. All technology is not parallel. They come here for our technology sometimes too. Just because they can make it here does not mean they have conquered all fields of science. We landed on the moon before we could sequence DNA. Ergo, aliens do not have all the answers at all.
3. There is a cruelty to aliens being here and not announcing themselves. Our military is integrating some strange things into its own culture in some kind of preparation. Aliens must not be allowed to participate in military efforts in other worlds, including ourselves. While we are all watching little MUFON dots in the sky photos, realize that nobody travels trillions of miles without getting out of the vehicle to look around. The public must know who they are, what diseases they bring, and what medical and energy technology we need that they already have. I have a pretty good analysis of the best real technology stumbled on by real people.
5. Folks from other worlds need to be offered a quasi citizenship that is publicly known. Manipulation of public policy and even timeline events should be highly illegal for anybody from another world.
6. I do believe this information needs social networks, but we will never give one of those ridiculous boring lectures or weird hypothetical lectures by frustrated people who simply never found the answers. All lectures will be power point and science supported, with a specific call to action and short and long term plans for success. Consider this the anti Mufon real thing. Finally, consider the United Nations and Stanford both have departments for working with extraterrestrials Already contacted.
