Help Wanted:

I'm a Radio-TV-Electronics hobbyist in Virginia working on development of a new method for detecting and authenticating UFO activity using a simple and very inexpensive "passive radar" technique. Colleagues and collaborators are needed to help make the plan a success.

The UFO detection method I'm proposing involves monitoring ordinary radio and television broadcast signals, looking for signs of unusual effects being imposed upon those signals, and attempting to correlate the time and location of any anomalous effects with visual UFO sighting reports from the target area.

The underlying theory is that UFOs (or more specifically, extra-terrestrial and/or extra-dimensional craft) will influence radio wave transmissions in some observable way, such as generating secondary reflections, causing either enhancement or weakening of the transmitted signal, or perhaps by altering the background noise level, etc. Such effects could be caused directly by the physical properties of the craft, or indirectly by the craft's influence upon the normal space-time-gravitional field. By correlating data observed via the passive radar system with eye-witness UFO sighting reports, we may eventually be able to establish a definitive method for detecting high interest level activity in real time.

If you think you might be interested in setting up your own monitoring station please let me know. If you already have a suitable computer the additional materials needed (an SDR dongle with antenna and cable) should only cost about $25 - $50. I am currently working on an introductory webpage to provide more details here: www.gobeyondnow.com

In addition to actual radio frequency monitoring, eye-witness observations are crucial to a successful outcome of this project, so your assistance in reporting the news of any and all credible sightings from Virginia and its surrounding states (and eventually from other areas where new monitoring stations are established) will be welcomed.

The image below is the screenshot of an unknown "event" that I observed while monitoring UHF TV channel 31 signals around 3pm EDT on September 28, 2018. The three continuous horizontal bands represent the actual television signals. The numerous vertical streaks are reflections of the TV signals coming from ordinary aircraft passing between the TV stations and my receiver. The long arcing "backwards N" curve that begins about 3:02 pm and disappears around 3:12 is unlike anything I've observed before or since, after hundreds of hours of monitoring.

Could it have been a UFO?
