"3 orange spheres become one over 695 in Baltimore County.I was driving down 695 going towards towson. Near the 295 Baltimore exit I just happened to look up and saw 3 orange round lights. The 3 came together and became 1. Then the light started to fade out and would come back. It did this 3 times and was gone. My daughter sitting in the passenger seat saw all of this to. The whole incident took place in about 30 seconds. "
