"Fireball hovering over Curepe, Trinidad West Indies.On the 24th December 2012, I stepped out of my car to deliver presents at the home of my father. This was in Curepe, Trinidad West Indies. On exiting I saw a friend looking up to the sky and he stated that he was watching a plane for the past couple of minutes. I looked up and saw a red object resembling a fireball in the Eastern sky. At first I thought it may be remote control plane or Helicopter since it made a dip and disappeared for a while. About a few seconds later it rose and started to ascend travelling in a Westerly direction. It rose very high and eventually got lost in the clouds and moved off very quickly. The object was red and was flashing in the night sky. I recorded a short clip of about a minute where people can be heard in the background asking if it is an airplane. "
