Bright and Big light in Arequipa PeruBright and big light on top of Pichu Pichu Volcano 4,800 meters above sea level, no airports near by no roads of course remote andean region in Peru South America, I had my digital camera, have several pictures and a video in MPG format. The light was flashing/moving up and down as if someone was holding a giant mirror against the sun on top of the volcano.((NUFORC Note: Witness provides high-quality video tape of the glinting from the top of a distant mountain. We do not know what caused the phenomenon, but we do observe that the Sun is almost directly behind the photographer, which explain the the bright reflection from the mountain top, if the object is a three-corner reflector. It may be a device for accurately measuring the seismic changes in the movement of the volcano with light beams, although that is purely a guess on our part. PD))
