Blinking SkyLightIn the Andromeda Constellation in near promixity to Mirach (Beta Andromedae) at the height of satellites fifth of a second blinking light every 28 seconds (PRF) descending from 1h40deg to 2h30deg very slowly (in about 20 minutes) which finally disappeared.((NUFORC Note: One of several similar reports of tiny, blinking light in the night sky.
