Orange glowing lights float in formation over germany.On the night of August 23rd roughly about 22:30 a call came into Spangdahlem Germany about orange spheres in the sky roughly about 25-30 of them. 30 minutes later same lights were seen over Spangdahlem. Objects were orange in color and in the middle of all the lights there were two disc's. Objects seemed to be moving in formation but not fast enough to be a plane, all at the same altitude and speed.
