Lighted circular craft flying over power plant in Mexico.The object was circular in shape, dark in color, with a band of yellow and red lights around it. It flew in a straight line for a few seconds in a NE direction and then suddenly veered towards a northerly direction.The object was flying about 30° above the horizon, it flew very slowly, almost as fast as a person walking. The object made no sound as it flew, and the band of lights was steady, it did not flicker. If we could have flipped it over, it would have covered a full moon.We stared at the object for about 3 minutes as it flew over the power plant and then it suddenly vanished.
