Light in the sky, anxiety.At approximately 23:00 while smoking on a patio a twinkling object was visible to the southwest of the airport about 45 degrees up from the horizon. I dismissed it as a star at this point. An hour later 24:00 the object had disappeared from that area completely. This is when I knew something was up. I looked across the horizon and saw that the object had positioned itself to the northwest of me still at the same altitude. This time I stayed outside and watched it for several minutes noticing that it had moved very slightly to the north. The third time I went outside it was gone from this area as well. At this point it was really late and I went to bed. Throughout this time I had felt feelings of anxiety, these feelings are unusual for me.
