observed the light at described time the light was in the north eastern sky over achmen holler .when i saw it i thought it was another c 130 but this was differant it would go down to the ridge line where i could no longer see it under the ridge line and come back up .finaly when it got close enough to where it was on the other side of the ridge line it had a light that would come out of it at 3;00 and 7:00 and go back into it and sometime both at the same time? me and my brother watched it fore about 4 min before it slowly dimmed its light and speed off to the south at greater speeds that i have whiteness by any aircraft !this is my first sighting of this kind that i cant figure out on my own .
