Monday night at exactly nine pm I was getting into my car and happened to look at the north eastern sky at the same time and saw an odd blinking red and white light on what I thought was airplane moving from the northwest towards the east. It appeared odd to me as the lights blinked more often than that of a normal plane and the way the way it flew in what I perceived as being in very quick spurts made me watch it for a few seconds. As I was watching another set of blinking lights appeared to the right and pretty darn close to the first plane. I then looked at the first plane again and thought the planes were heading toward each other and I was hoping they were just playing games and would not crash in mid-air. Then all of a sudden the first plane, the one of the left, disappeared and reappeared to the second plane's right and seconds later approximately 10 little red/pink balls strung out horizontally and then quickly disappeared. I dont remember looking for the planes after the light display.Just before the second plane appeared I was able to make out a shape for the first plane. I can best describe it as a right angle, meaning it was missing a wing and tail and it's body and only wing were of equal size and length. I dont recall hardly any details about the second plane. I only noticed its lights.Answer to number 5: When I saw the first plane disappear I was very excited and hoping I was watching UFOs. When the pinkish red lights appeared I was juggling my phone in my hand trying to get the camera working but I was way too excited to think how to get it to operate. I wasnt scared but I was disappointed after my sighting because more than likely what I saw was a military exercise.
