Witness Testimony
"my name is richard miller, i am 69 years old,,,in 1947 my brother dale and i where playing marbles next to the road in the front yard,all of a sudden the ground turned gold colored, every thing turned gold colored, i looked at my brother,his face was gold, i looked up to see five space ships, they where just sitting right above us,very close to the ground, they where in the v formation, the lead ship was just sitting right above us, they where right above the telephone pole, i could have hit them with a rock, the ships made a hissing noise,no other sounds,the bottom of the ships where smooth, no seems, no windows, around the edges of the ships there was a three foot rainbow of colored gases, the top of the ships had a smooth dome,saucer shaped like the ones in the movie war of the worlds, the lead ship set above my brother and i for about ten minuts, then it began to move forward across the street very slow, into our apricot orchard, i walked along following them, right under the lead ship, the ships where about 50 yards into the orchard, they stoped again, the five ships grouped closer in formation, they just set there again, right above my brother and i,i could see them very clearly, then the five ships went straight into space, i cant describe the speed wich they left the earth, fast as the blink of the eye, they darted into space, from sittig there to outer space, it seemed like one second,,,the following week the five ships appeared over lake merit in oakland california, on the fourth of july, during the fire works over the lake, all the spot lights where pointed at the ships, they moved from side to side in darting motions, then they left into space again, the next day the sighting and photos where published in the oakland tribune news papers,,,to describe the demenciones of the ships, i would say they where about 60 to 70 feet across, slight radius to bottom and top, with a smooth dome on top, gold metalic in color, very smooth,,, i will never forget the details of this event, thanks richard miller "
