Way bright light that does not move at all. Not even a bit .Looks like a helicopter light but way up high. Its much to bright. Does not move at all. Not even a bit. As I keep on staring at it. It appears to be above the city of liberal but I can see it from Hugoton.((NUFORC Note: Party does not respond to any of our attempts to communicate. We strongly suspect that the report is a hoax.
