I was at a Foodsharing location near my home in Carinthia Austria. Standing outside with some of the helpers I noticed some distance away, very low brilliant glowing lights in the dark night sky and pointed it to the others. We never saw something like this before and could see it is not a plane or helicopter. As it was in the direction of my home I tried to phone my husband to go outside and see what is there in the night sky. I could not get him on the phone as he and some neighbors were already watching this unusual sighting in our night skies. This is how my husband saw it appear and describe it: A very bright light, falling like a falling star, then it abruptly stopped, hovering in the dark night was an oblong shape object with rectangle lights of briliant red and green pulsating all around it.It was seen by many for about 15minutes, moving slowly, stopped, changed directions, then slowing moved south/west and disappeared out of sight. We all are very excited as we have never seen something like this in our "quiet" sleepy little town here in Austria. None had a good camera but I am sure photos have been taken by other viewers and tomorrow we will know more....... with hopefully many good pictures and videos.
