Having five days off of work I decided to go to Sturgis SD.just to say I had been There.leaving k.c.Early I arrived at Sturgis in the afternoon the only place I could find to park was in a residential area that had no overnight parking you had to move your car by 9:30 pm.after checking out the sites in town it was getting late and I had to move my car I decided to go to a rest area on I 90 to spend the night.after leaving going west I noticed a bright light to my left going the same speed I was 80mph I thought it was strangethat I couldn't get past it after quite afew miles I remember that I thought about stopping and going across the two highways to see what it was.the next thing I remember is coming up to the rest area I pulled in and found a space to park and got ready to sleep I looked at my watch and saw it was 2:30 AM and wondered where the time had gone.I slept until morning and went back to Sturgis ate bought some stuff to take back home and left early in the afternoon to go back home.here is the strange part this happened in 2002 and I didn't remember it until 2014.I have checked the distance to rest area it's 21 miles and it took me 4 1/2 hours to get there at 80mph.have you ever heard of anyone forgetting about something this strange for such a long time.
