I must have been about 5-7 years old when I witnessed this. It was around noon, my mother was in the garden and I was walking toward the street when this object emerged from the side of our home. It was moving slowly, approximately 20 mph, I would say about 10 feet above the ground. It made no sound. I was astonished and watched it moving along the road. I saw it from about 5-10 yards when it passed me. I remember asking my mother if she saw it but she was busy with her work in the garden. I watched it fly over the street for about 100-200 yards. Then, it turned left and flew over a meadow, behind a line of houses and I lost it from my sight. I was a kid, I though it was a toy kids from the other street were playing with. It was grey, no windows, about 3-5 feet long and about 10-20 inches wide. I found similar objects on the internet. A cigar shape, narrowing toward the enyds. The one I saw had no widows though, no lights, no sound, just a grey object. I know the exact location where it happened. It's a village. A few years ago I heard on the radio there were some sightings reported by Polish air force pilots over the Baltic sea around that time.
