Bright pulsating spherical light on ground below cell tower. Lights flashing white counter clockwise extremely fast. Was Coming home after work from Columbus Ohio east bound on St Rte 161 when I noticed a light illuminating low clouds like an airport strobe. Got markedly brighter as I got closer.Saw blinding light at ground level looking north of rte 161 approximately 1000 yards from road. Travel this rte for 20 years no normal lighting in this area.
