I had been at Lac Qui Parle MN making a video about a previous experience from 2011. I was almost home and noticed flashing ground lights which I assumed to be the ambulance or police going out of town. Then I saw a bright light which appeared to be hovering above the elevator in town, 4 miles away. I can see the elevator in Clarkfield quite well at night from my home 4 miles west. The light was a tree top level. It looked to be hovering just above the elevator. My reaction was disbelief but felt it was a warning or a just letting me know that they were watching me. I parked my car in my yard and ran back with my camera but the light was gone. It was too late at night for any crop sprayer planes to be out. That would be the only thing that would fly that low.
