At approximately 130pm on October 13 2015, I was walking around my work facing north, I saw what looked like a balloon. It was a breezy day and what interested me was the consistent direction which was southwest. It flew over some clouds I would estimate to be 25 to 30 thousand feet. Before I lost sight it became very bright as if the sun decided to reflect on it. Prior to that there was no reflection or brightness. There were no other physical features, no wings or flashing lights. It never waivered, it was not " bouncy " or otherwise acting like a free floating balloon. It was just shaped like one and moving at a pace of a passenger airliner which I saw 10 minutes later and it looked like a plane. I didn't have much feeling about this until it became bright then I realized it was something else.
