At approximately 23:50 on the night of August 30, 2017 I observed an unusual object in the night sky. It wasn't an iridium flare, a helicopter or a meteor. It appeared to move relatively short distances, and then stop stationary. From time to time it would emit a very bright light - similar to what you see during an ISS flyover -which is what drew my attention to it in the first place. I contacted Lulea airport in Sweden to try to establish if ATC could detect something on the radar. I was told to contact the UFO centre in Uppsala, Sweden. They said that it could possibly be a military drone but that "if it was, then obviously nobody would admit to it". The object was moving from left to right direction and when you zoom in - as I've done in the attached image - there appears to be a heat source (red glow) on the upper left hand side of the object. I've uploaded the image, and would welcome some feedback. Best wishes from Swedish Lapland.
