I was outside with my neighbor in our front yard balcony and we were watching the sky for the scheduled passing of the iss. before the space station was scheduled to come from the west to the east we were watching the stars. a white dot that we thought was a star suddenly moved from the s.W in the sky to the n.W. and stopped dead in the sky. my neighbor and i looked at each other and he asked me if that's the station and i said no. we both got creeped out but kept watching and when the station came at 901 as scheduled i said that's the station and about 3 minutes after the station passed overhead we noticed the same white dot move off slowly to the n.W and then faded out as it moved. this has happened couple of times during the last few times i have waited to see the iss go by but only from the west to east flight path.
