Me and my friend saw a hoovering object above seylap caddesi in april 23rd 2018. it had a metallic colored surface and reflecting sunlight. it did not make any noise and hoovered above the street from nw to ne. the event lasted 5 to 7 minutes than the object slowly dissapeared. tried to take a video but it was so hard without a tripod or a better camera.
